Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate our services.
- Contact details you give us directly — name, email address, organisation, and phone number — when you submit an enquiry or correspond with us.
- The content of your enquiry, including anything you choose to tell us about your project.
- Technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed.
- Account information for client portal users, where an engagement includes portal access.
How we use it
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, deliver and support engagements we have with you, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve the security and reliability of our systems.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train external public machine learning models.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, email, and error monitoring providers — under obligations of confidentiality, and where we are required to by law.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection applies.
Security and retention
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and least-privilege policies to systems holding personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the assumption that access will be attempted.
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as we are required to keep it by law, then destroy or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. We will respond within a reasonable period.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, tell us and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
